From Knowledge To Action Forum

Saskatoon Tribal Council, Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation and Big River First Nation are presenting the fourth annual Know Your Status forum. This forum will focus on the amazing work done surrounding HIV and Hepatitis C by different individuals and organizations right here in Saskatchewan. The forum is geared towards front line staff and community leadership as the forum will demonstrate best practices for HIV care in First Nations communities. Come and participate….
