Know Your Status is a Saskatchewan-wide initiative that aims to reduce the number of new HIV and Hepatitis C transmissions while connecting people living with HIV or Hepatitis C to treatment and care. Know Your Status promotes HIV and Hepatitis C testing as that is the only way to “know your status”. There are different versions of the Know Your Status program across Saskatchewan. Saskatoon Tribal Council
The Know Your Status Program based out of STC is a prevention through education program. The education team at STC can travel across the province, bringing presentations, booths, activities and resources to all ages and groups. We also have an Outreach nurse who is able to provide HIV, Hepatitis C and STI testing to the STC member communities.
